HOATT serves the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago and requires identity verification for safety and accountability. After registration, members must send a private message to the official HOATT account with a clear photo of themselves holding a valid government-issued ID, such as a Passport, Driver’s Permit, or National ID card.

Companies and organizations must also submit proof of authorization or business registration. Accounts that do not complete verification may be temporarily suspended. Please review the photo and verification guidelines after registration to avoid delays.

Emails

Upon successful registration, an activation code will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam or Junk folder and mark the email as not spam to ensure future HOATT messages are delivered to your Inbox.

Privacy

Your profile and submitted information are private by default and visible only to you. You may choose to adjust visibility, add connections, and customize your privacy settings at any time.

Individual homeowners and residents are not searchable on HOATT. Public profiles such as Government Agencies and NGOs are searchable and accessible to members.

As a member, you can contact relevant agencies, submit support tickets, join community groups, and participate in public forums and events. HOATT is designed to empower meaningful communication on issues affecting you, your family, your community, and your nation.

HOATT is not a social network. It is a purpose-built platform focused on addressing real issues facing homeowners and residents of Trinidad and Tobago.

Security

All HOATT members are verified using a form of national identification appropriate to their location. Members may participate in public forums and access publicly available information, but cannot view restricted content unless explicitly granted permission.

Groups, media, and member profiles are not searchable or visible to the public unless a connection or authorization exists.

The Homeowners Association of Trinidad and Tobago provides a free, safe, and secure digital platform focused on the needs of private homeowners and residents. HOATT empowers communities, NGOs, and Government Agencies to communicate more effectively while preserving privacy and accountability.

Community interaction takes place within private groups that may be restricted or hidden from other members. Each group is managed by administrators who ensure members meet the group’s verification requirements.

HOATT is not a social network. Member profiles are not searchable and remain private unless visibility is explicitly enabled by the user. Members may connect with people they know and interact with verified organizations.

HOATT is apolitical and maintains no affiliation with any political party.
