Our Mission

HOATT aims to empower communities of Trinidad and Tobago in two ways. 1) By facilitating secure, private, virtual communication platforms among homeowners, residents, NGOs and state agencies. 2) By administratively consolidating, elevating and championing the major issues and concerns of its members. We bring these issues and concerns to the relevant authorities and stakeholders with the hope of enhancing existing solutions as well as conceptualizing new ones.
