Community Building and Beautification
Two important aspects of protecting and sustaining a community, are the devlopment of its people and maintenance of its environment. Often these projects go hand in hand; as community building and social activites often involve taking care of our surroundings. A safe, clean healthy and esthetically pleasing environment benefits not just us, but future generations. Community projects will invlove this and more. Projects will be designed and voted on by the members of HOATT.
Online Discussion and Collaboration
Sure online colaborative tools exist, and are pretty ubiqitous these days, e.g. GoogleWorkspace, Microsoft teams etc. However, for the centralized colaboration we require at varying privacy levels (street, phase or community), one might prefer a dedicated easily accessible forum. In this way we can easily manage scalable collaboration and discussions from 10-10,000 people.
