LFH 7 weeks agoGood morning we just got an update about the water situation at Well #7 in Phase 3. One of the pumps is broken and Wasa hours to get and install a replacement today.

LFH 4 months agoGood morning all, the pungent chemical odour coming from the water supply in Phase 3 La Florissante has been attended to. There was a problem with the liquid chlorine regulation as identified by WASA representatives.

LFH 7 months agoThe field at the entrance to La Florissante Phase 3 needs to be cut and maintained. It’s at the entryway for all residents of Phase 3 and has become a shared responsibility for residents of Phase 3 to maintain, given the recent disolution of the CEPEP workforce. LFH 7 months agoThis car has been parked at the entrance to Phase 3, La Florissante for over a year now. Has anyone alerted the Regional Corporation or police? From what we understand it belongs to a CEPEP worker.

Since the HDC has taken control of the Trestrail Lands site, there have been repeated problems with bushfires, garbage fires and dust emanating from the site.
